Rasmus Pedersen Nerset, born 26 Feb 1816, was married to Agnete Pedersdater born 21 Feb 1818, were married 11 November 1839. They sailed on the Edde from Christiana in 1873 arriving in Quebec 4 July with two children: Marethea (17) and Birthe (11) with a destination of Beloit. Later (?) they moved to Orrock, Minnesota where they died. I know some of Agnete's Norwegian family in Norway but do not know Rasmus Pedersen. I am seeking that background on names and places. We plan a Norway trip in 2008 or 9 and would like to look up family on the Pedersen side. I do have relatives in Eidskog Norway and Sunnidal, Norway. Maybe someone has researched this family, written a portion of their history or know of such.
