But, Knute (Kay) came to the US in 1904, and Cecelia came in 1909. Cecelia came over on the First Clipper ship into Detroit, MI. They had two girls, Knute was a farmer/carpenter. Knute served in WWI & WWII (have a copy of the draft regestration forms). I have a photo of both of them, but the pictures are old and not good shots. Only have the back of Knute, and some with flashes in the photos. Was told that Cecelia's father was a mayor of Olso, Norway and when she came over her family "disowned" her. Would love to get more information "ANY/ALL" on both of the familys, Qualley and Olsen.
