There has to be a connection. My Dad's Grandfather was Preston Nolan m. Barbara Roark. His Gr /Greatgrandfather was Silvester Nolan m. Lavina Hays. Here are some more Nolan names that you may have heard of/ Doc, Viney, I have not had time to talk with dad this week, but the names John, Frank Preston and Silvester are also in my line from Harlan, Leslie and Clay counties in Kentucky.
