She was born in Ohio in 1845. She married Thomas Rutledge. They had several sons, but I only know two at the present time, William and Francis. William was born in 1866 in Harden County, Ohio. In the 1920 census, Thomas and Rachel Rutledge were living in Lima, Ohio. Does anybody have Rachel in their family? I am looking for her parents and siblings, if any. I sure hope somebody has a clue or info on any of these people. Thanks!
