    1. [NOLAN] Bryan Nolan & Mary Walsh?
    2. Seeking any information about Bryan Nolan and his wife Mary Walsh. Their daughter Maria married James Knight in Watertown, Mass in 1855. I have no information on Bryan and Mary other than their names. Would like to know where they lived in Ireland. Are Nolans more prevalent in one County? Is this couple recognized by anyone? Thanks for any help, Paula

    2. Wayne Cunneyworth
    3. I have a Rebecca Jane (NOLAN) CUNNEYWORTH who died in childbirth May 31, 1889, in Carleton Place, Ontario, aged 20 years, buried at St. John’s Anglican church in Lanark county, near Innisville (an hour’s drive west of Ottawa). Rebecca’s grave is next to that of her father, James S. Nolan (1842-1916), his wife, Jane Cunningham, (1840-1919) and their children. The Nolan family marker is a modern gravestone, possibly 1970s era. Somebody has made a significant effort to maintain a memorial for this family. Shortly after Rebecca’s death, her husband John Thomas CUNNEYWORTH was in Owen Sound, Ontario c. July 27, 1889, where their son James died at the age of 2 months. It is possible that John was staying with his parents, William and Margaret, during this period of mourning over the recent death of his wife. Ancestry.com has a reference to a “Cuneyworth” in the Duluth, Minnesota Directories, 1890-92. John Thomas died Mar 26, 1926 in “Ray”(?) Township, Koochiching County, Minnesota, cause of death “ulcer of stomach”. He was buried in International Falls March 31, 1926. John’s Minnesota death certificate lists his occupation as camp cook. The complete lack of known details in this document suggests that he was not in the company of friends when he died. In addition to Rebecca, other Nolans buried at St. John’s Anglican church include: Elizabeth A. (1863-1881), George H. (1878-1878), James E. (1873-1873), James S. (1842-1916), Jane Cunningham (1840-1919), Mary Ida (1875-1881) and William J. (18??-18??), all in the same grave site, and Peter and Sarah at another grave. It just happen that I was able to 100% verify her research, plus I had two extra sibblings of Jason Nolen she was not aware of. One on those sibblings I descended from. I don't have birth dates for any of the other Nolen families. I had hoped that these other Nolen families may be the children of George, Elijah, &/or Thomas Nolen. Another theory was maybe they were nephews and nieces of Jason Nolen. It could be they are of the branches of Nolen families that came from Alabama ot Tennessee. The Nolens are a very splitter group of people. My bunch decends from MA>SC>MS>TX. My hope was that someone on this message board might recognize one of these Nolen families and get in contact with me. Thanks for your suggestion.
