A CC from another state has been trying to get a couple to remove a listing of a cemetery survey that they took from her site. It was posted with no credit given the source and the person who transcribed it is very upset. She has written them asking that it be removed and our NC didn't see anything amiss when he checked it out. Recently, the man responded that his wife was tragically killed in an auto accident and the CC should just leave it alone. The way they interpreted the copyright statement on the CC's Web site meant that they could use it. Legal recourse doesn't seem to be an option. Suggestions?
