Garcia Rubio, 63, of Hatch passed away on Sunday " Mothers Day" May 9, 2010 at Memorial Medical Center . Teresa was loved by all who knew her, she was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Teresa was born September 21, 1946 in Las Cruces New Mexico to Ruben and Francisca Garcia. She is survived by her husband of 16 years Jose Angel Rubio, her sons Tony and Frank Garcia, her daughters Carla Garcia Monica "Darlene" Gonzalez, Christina Garcia and Emilia Ortega Garcia. Her two brothers Joe and Ruben Garcia and one sister Juliana Garcia. Her grandchildren Daniwla Garcia, Mayhayla Hipolito, Benito Garcia, Joselyn Gonzalez, Jose Gonzalez, Santiago Garcia and Isaiah Castillo. Funeral services will be held Friday May 14,2010 at 2:00 p.m., at Our Lord of Mercy Catholic Church, at her request cremation has taken place, and burial of her ashes will be held at the Placitas Cemetery at a later date.
