She was born June 12, 2010 in Ciudad Delicias, Chihuahua, Mexico. Mrs. Darley was a homemaker and member of the Catholic Church. Those left to mourn her passing include three sons, Pete Carrillo Darley and wife Jackie of Fairacres, Marco P. Darley, Robert Carmona and wife Gracie all of Las Cruces; three daughters, Yolanda Darley and Virginia Sanchez both of Las Cruces, Nancy Darley Penrod and husband Mark of Jacksonville, Florida; a brother, Samuel; four sisters, Belia, Socorro, Luz Elena and Chuy. Other survivors include twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren; twenty-two great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Darley, and one daughter, Carmen Darley Serna. Visitation for Mrs. Darley will begin at 5 PM Thursday, October 14, 2010 in Baca's Chapel of Prayer, 300 E. Boutz Road, where the Evening Service is scheduled for 6 PM. Family and friends will join together to celebrate the Funeral Mass at 2 PM Friday, October 15, 2010 in St. Genevieve's Catholic Church, 100 S. Espina. Cremation will follow and inurnment of cremains will take place at a later date. Serving as casket bearers will be her grandsons.
