She died on Wednesday, January 15, 1992 at the Good Samaritan Health Care Center. She was a member of the A.A.U.W, the American Association for University Women in Mississippi. She was a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma (Educators), she belonged to the Progress Club in Las Cruces and she was a member of the First United Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Eugene Dickerman of Las Cruces; two daughters, Gwen Sluyter of Las Cruces, Sue Bright of Lewiston, Idaho; two sisters, Lila Cole and Quinn Alger both of Oxford, Miss; four grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 18, 1992 at Getz Funeral Home with Rev. John C. Poling of First Presbyterian Church officiating.
