He was born on November 07, 1935 to Mary and Joseph Gouveia. Paul was an avid NY Yankee Fan and a life long resident on New York, and retired tin Las Cruces in 2003. Paul is survived by his partner Lorraine Gomes Williams, brother, J. Paul Gouveia (Margaret, his niece Michelle Gouveia, and nephew John Fernandes, Robyn Williams, Amanda Foresta, and many friends. At his request cremation has taken place and private services will be held at Mesilla Valley Hospice with Fr. Don Adamski officiating. Services have been entrusted to the care of La Paz - Graham's Funeral Home 555 West Amador, Las Cruces, NM 88005.
