He was born in Mexico and lived most of his life in the Lordsburg area. He had been a ranch hand. Visitation was at Baca's Heather Funeral Chapel where rosary was said. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with the Rev. Paulus Kao officiating. Burial in the Shakespeare Cemetery. He is survived by five sons, Feliciano, Guadulupe and Daniel, all of Lordsburg, Manuel of Willcox, AZ., and Jose Jr. of Silver City; two daughters, Reyes Sanchez of Lordsbury, and Alice McGraw of San Gariel, CA; 16 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
