He was born March 28, 1967 to Charles and Barbara Kimmis Manning, in Chillicothe, Missouri. Jeff as he was fondly known was employed by the Defense Department as an accountant at Kirkland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was a devoted loving father to his daughter, Jordan, who he lovingly called, "Tink". He loved the outdoors and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Jeff will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Those left to mourn his passing includes his loving wife, Margaret, daughter Jordan, a son; his parents Charles and Barbara Manning of Las Cruces; 2 sisters Dina Goodin and husband Rex of Alamogordo, New Mexico and Cynthia Reynolds of Las Cruces, New Mexico. In-laws John and Ramona Shephard of Las Cruces; sisters-in-law Jenny Gould and husband Ron of Aurora, Co; Joyce Shapiro and husband Alan of Rio Rancho, New Mexico and by other survivors which include aunts, uncles, nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews. Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents. Family and friends will join together to celebrate Jeff's life on Monday, November 22, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at St. James Episcopal Church, 102 St. James St. Mesilla Park with the Reverends' Brian Hobden and Robert Kimmis officiating.
