He was born on January 30th, 1947 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, and partner of 23 years, Marla Honeycutt; his children, Robert of Dallas, TX; john of Slidell, LA; Matt of Dallas, TX; Amie of Shreveport, LA; Brittany, Savanna, and Jazzlin of Las Cruces, NM; and 6 grandchildren, four boys and two girls. He also left behind a "work" family at 2 America Classifieds papers - employees and customers. He will be forever missed. There will be a "Celebration of Life" gathering in Las Cruces, NM on Wednesday, November 17th, from 6-8pm @ Lorenzo's Ristorante Italian in Old Mesilla, 1750 Calle de Mercado #4, Las Cruces, NM 88005.
