Pastor Onelio went home to be in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ, on November 18, 2010 in Quito, Ecuador, after a two year battle with cancer. His service allowed him to pastor five churches in Cuba before being exiled to Ecuador. While in Ecuador he planted two churches and also served as Missionary to the Shuar Tribes in the Ecuadorian jungle, for the past 10 years. He was also pastor of churches in Houston and Grapevine TX, and Las Cruces NM at Calvary Christian Center. He was also instrumental in the planting of La Paz de Cristo, A.G. Pastor Onelio touched many lives throughout his Ministerial career. The countless testimonies are evidence of the Love of God he shared with everyone he met. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at La Paz de Cristo 5615 S. Main (next to Casa Mexicana Tile) Saturday, December 11, 2010, at 6:00 PM.
