Bell, 70, of Las Cruces passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 1992 at Memorial Medical Center. He had been in the area since 1937 and had worked for Las Cruces Public Schools as an elementary school principal in Fairacres. He is survived by his wife, Francine Bell of Las Cruces; one son, Jim Heick Creighton of El Paso, TX; one niece and her husband, Lena and Richard Asbury of Las Cruces; two nephews, Philp Heick, Jim Rutherford and his wife, Maudine. Visitation is scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. today, January 16, 1992 at Graham Mortuary. Graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. today, January 16, 1992 at Hillcrest Mausoleum.
