He was born in Owosso, MI to Lois and Lawson Turner. His brother Gene preceded him in death by 40 years. Leon leaves behind his wife Donna, Sons Chris, Rick, Jim and daughter Karen and two step children, Chris and Holly. He also leaves 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A Memorial service will be held for all who wish to attend on Saturday, April 17 at 1 pm in the chapel at La Paz - Graham's Funeral Home, 555 W. Amador .
