Funeral service will be Friday at 10 am also at Baca's Funeral Chapels. Cremation will follow and inurnment will take place at a later date. Villanueva died Tuesday at La Posada - Mesilla Valley Hospice. Survivors include son Jose D. Villanueva of San Diego, CA; step daughters, Rosa A. Saavedra of Las Cruces and Alicia Chavira of Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, MX; two grandchildren; and numerous step grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
