She was born in Diamondsville, PA August 29, 1920, and moved to Las Cruces in 1991 where she fell in love with the desert and the Organ Mountains. She was a member of Central Assembly of God and worked at The Aspen House, The Arbors of Del Rey and until six years ago, at Good Samaritan as a care giver. Her kindness and love touched everyone who knew her. Survivors include her children, Thomas F. Morris, Jr., Susan Lee Wood, David Allen Morris, John Calvin Morris and Joseph Clair Morris, seven grandsons, one granddaughter, nine great-grandchildren and thirteen nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Morris of Greensburg, PA, mother, Nanny Stiffler Mock, and father Ralph Clair Mock of Jeannette, PA, as well as and eight sisters, Pearl Mock, Ellen Nicklow/Mock, Florence Bluey/Mock, Margaret Mock, Emma Mock, Robert Milne/Mock, Nancy Teeters/Mock and Carol Golding/Mock. The family requests that memorial contributions be made in her honor to The Good Samaritan Society Las Cruces Village, 3035 Terrace Drive, Las Cruces, NM 88011 or the Alzheimer's Association , P.O.
