Daniel was born by and survived by his parents, Luis and Virginia Garcia of Las Cruces, NM. Daniel is survived by his sons, Daniel T. Garcia, Jr. and wife Deminica, and David A. Garcia, and his step daughter Valerie Garcia and his brothers; Luis Garcia, Jr. and wife Delia from California, Rudy Garcia and wife Lucy of Las Cruces, Bob Garcia of California, Fred Garcia and wife Kathy of California, one sister Connie Vasquez and husband Robert of Las Cruces, sisterniece, Gina Garcia-Faudoa and husband Juan Carlos and his godson Joseph Daniel Mihecoby. He leaves behind Chico his pet and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, whom he was loved by very much. Daniel will lie in state from 6 PM - 7 PM on Monday, April 11, 2011 with a evening service to begin at 7 PM at La Paz - Graham's Funeral Home Chapel, with a funeral service to be on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel also, with interment to follow at Masonic Cemetery, 760 S.
