She was born August 17, 1926 in Fierro, New Mexico to loving parents the late Joe and Laura T. Young. Clara was a loving wife to her husband, Gaston Munguia, who preceded her in death in Aug. 2000. She was a loving, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She leaves to cherish her memory three sons, Robert Munguia of Glendora, CA, Steven L. Munguia and wife Irene of West Covina, CA and Gaston "Ernie" Munguia of Las Cruces; two brothers Steve T. and Joe I. Young and wife Dora; five sisters, Sarah Leon, Josephine Hinojosa and husband Abel, Lucy Campos and husband Rudy, Mary Louise Rigoli and husband Arthur and Vera Zuniga and husband Arthur; her precious grandchildren, Steven, Sandra, David, Eric, Gaston C., Maria and Robert Jr. and beloved nephews and nieces whom she lovingly referred to as her daughters. At her request cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2011 at 10 AM in Baca's Chapel of Prayer, 300 E. Boutz Road with Reverend Don Adamski officiating. Honorary bearers will be her two godsons, William Young and Joseph Campos, nephews, David Rigoli, Mark Zuniga, Abie Hinojosa, Mario Campos, Don Leon, and cousin, Danny Aguilar.
