He was born August 1, 1948 in Albuquerque to Manuel and Domitila Anaya Kramer. Mr. Kramer had been employed as a custodian with the Las Cruces Public Schools and was a member of the Catholic Church. Those left to mourn his passing include a daughter, Libia "Libby" Valles; his aunt who raised him, Celia Granado Anaya both of Las Cruces; four sisters, Martha Sandoval, Mela Ulibarri, and Alvita Garcia all of Albuquerque, Rosie Rico of Las Cruces. Other survivors include two grandsons, Frank Kramer and Xavier Valles; his extended family, Bobby Anaya of Las Cruces, Ricky Anaya of Albuquerque and Edward Anaya of Peoria, Arizona. He was preceded in death by his parents; uncle who raised him, Nestor Anaya in 1984; a brother, George Kraemer. At Mr. Kramer's request, cremation has taken place and Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held Monday, July 19, 2010 at 2 PM in Baca's Chapel of Prayer, 300 E. Boutz Road with a Memorial Service to follow immediately thereafter. Inurnment of cremains will take place at a later date.
