Balcorta, 41, of Anthony and lifelong resident entered eternal life, Wed., Dec. 9, 1992 in El Paso, TX. He was born Feb. 8, 1951, served with the USMC during the Vietnam Conflict and was a mechanic by trade. Survivors include his parents, Margarito and Juana Balcorta of Anthony, TX., one son, Carlos Balcorta Jr; two daughters, Annette Figueroa and Margarita Balcorta, all of Tucson, AZ; two brothers, David and Ricky Balcorta and one sister, Beatrice Balcorta all of Anthony, TX. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one adopted sister, Lorie Romero of Anthony. Baca's Funeral Chapel, services at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. The Rite of Committal will bollow in Anthony Cemetery and Veteran Honors accorded by the Marine Corps of El Paso, TX. Serving as casket bearers will be David and Carlos Balcorta Jr., Isaac Romero, Gilbert Marquez, Ernie and Raul Dominguez.
