Services will be at Getz Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral mass at St. Genevieve's Church with burial to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery with the Rev. Jaime Israel officiating. Survivors include his wife Anna of Las Cruces and Albuquerque: two son; Michael and Gregory, both both of Albuquerque; daughters; Regina Valdez of Las Cruces and Rose Garcia, Albuquerque; sisters; Gregoria Valdez and Alice Salazar; both of San Francisco, CA; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers are Michael Valdez, Gregory Valdez, Robert Aragon, Ray Garcia, Tony Anaya and David Garcia. Family requests that donations be made to the Heart Fund.
