Montoya, 59, born to Jenney and Francisco Montoya passed away January 9th, 2011 at Clinton Oklahoma. He was retired from Oil Well in Oklahoma. Service mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Tortugas on January 21st at 6pm. Survivors include his wife, Holly A. Montoya of Oklahoma, granddaughter, Alexis Chapman of Liberal, Kansas, brothers; Tony and wife Nora Montoya of Las Cruces, Ramon and wife Maria of El Paso, sisters; Mattie and husband Leo Sanchez, Shirley Moler, Frances, and Teresa Montoya of Tortugas. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers; Billie Moler and Ruben Montoya, and by his son Pappy Chapman. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Lee Funeral Home.
