Estrada, 66, of Las Cruces entered eternal life Saturday, January 22, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 11, 1944 in Mesilla to Apolonio and Rosa Valencia Estrada. Freddie was employed by La Bonita Mexican Food Products as a salesman. He was very well known throughout the community and was loved and cherished by many. Freddie was a very giving and such an extremely hard worker. He loved his family and found something special in everyone who came into his life. Survivors include his loving wife, Rosemary C. Estrada of the family home; a son, Richard Estrada and wife Jeannie and their children, Brittney, Tiffany and Desirae Estrada all of El Paso, Texas; a daughter, Barbara Estrada and her children, Lance Estrada V. and Summer Godfrey all of Las Cruces; five brothers, Henry, Ernest, Robert, Jimmy and Charlie Estrada all of Las Cruces; four sisters, Eloisa Polanco, Emilia Reyes, Victoria Hartford all also of Las Cruces, Eva Reyes of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Enrique Estrada and two sisters, Minda Estrada and Estella Chavez. At Freddie's request cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 10 AM in Baca's Chapel of Prayer, 300 E. Boutz Road. with inurnment of cremains to follow in Masonic Cemetery, 760 S. Compress. Freddie will be greatly missed and is cherished by all he came in contact with, he truly was an angel with a big heart Entrusted to Baca's Funeral Chapels and Baca's Sunset Crematory. 527-2222.
