She was preceded in death my all those that she loved dearly with the exception of her daughter, Vickie Hernandez and husband Nacho; two grandchildren, Willie Hernandez and wife Pearl and Leticia Lerma; great- grandchildren, Fernie Hernandez (Sarah Keith), Juliana Hernandez (Carlos Villegas), Iziah Lerma, Claudia Lerma; great-great grandchildren, Carlos, Kathryn, Houston, Jewell, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, and friends. Pola was a longtime member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Berino. Our precious "Mama" was a beautiful woman inside and out and she will be missed by all and forgotten by none. Visitation for Pola will begin at 9:30 AM, Thursday, January 13, 2011 in Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, in Berino. Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 10 AM and the Funeral Liturgy thereafter. The Rite of Committal and Interment will follow in the Berino Cemetery where she will be laid to rest. Serving as casket bearers will be Willie Hernandez, Fernie Hernandez, Iziah Lerma, Santos Gomez, Pete Gomez, and Carlos Villegas.
