Jack was born in Liberal, KS December 6, 1941 to Isam Harry and Bertha Lee Harrison. Jack's mother and father, brothers Gene, Donald and Richard preceded him in death. Jack was the youngest of 6 children. He graduated from Liberal High School in 1959 and from Wichita Business College in 1964. Jack was employed by National Helium & Nash Finch Warehouse in Liberal, KS. before Jack established H & W Electrical Service in 1976, serving the Liberal community for 25 years. Jack is survived by his wife of 51 years, Anna Fay Harrison and three sons, Patrick Jack and wife Debbie of Oklahoma City, Michael Richard and wife Kari of Silver City, NM and Timothy Shawn and wife Guadalupe of Kansas City, KS, grandchildren Monica Harrison of Oklahoma City, Mandy Harrison of Kansas City, KS, and Dustin Hunt of Houston, TX. Jack's brother William Dean (Bill) and wife Helen of Liberal, KS and his sister, Patsy Rodkey of Coos Bay, Oregon and many treasured nieces and nephews. After high school graduation and marriage in 1959, the newly weds moved to Wichita KS. After graduation from Wichita Business College, Jack worked for National Helium in Liberal, KS for more than 12 years in both the accounting department and as a Yield Clerk. Jack enjoyed working for Nash Finch Warehouse while learning the electrical business from his good friend Jim Rogers and his father-in-law Gene Wright. Jack and Gene Wright established H & W Electrical Service. All 3 sons have worked in the business at different times. Following Anna's dream of living in the mountains of New Mexico, Jack & Anna arrived in Silver City, NM in 1999. Jack loved life in New Mexico especially enjoying the wildlife of the area, his pets and his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be celebrated on Saturday, July 24th at 10am at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Deacon Jerry Miller and Don Dykhouse officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Best Friends Animal Society 5001 Angel Canyon Rd. Kanab, UT 84741 or your charity of choice. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
