She was born Sept. 20, 1924 in Canutillo, TX to Manuel and Reyes Salgado Varela. Mrs. Flores was a homemaker and member of the Catholic Church. Survivors include loving husband, Heriberto Flores of the famly home; three sons, Roberto Flores of Pittsburgh, CA., Jose Luis Flores of El Paso, TX., Victor Flores of Oakland, CA.,two daughter, Emma and Maria Flores both of El Paso, TX; three brothers, Jose Varela of Oakland, CA., Pasqual Varela of San Miguel and Reynaldo Varela of Julimes, Chihuahua, MX; three sisters, Reyes Alvarado of San Miguel, Carmen Gomez of Las Cruces and Antonia Carrasco of Julimes, Chihuahua, MX. Other survivors include seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Baca's Funeral Chapels, Las Cruces. Interment will be in San Albino Cemetery in Mesilla where she will lay to rest. Serving as casket bearers will be Roberto Alvarado, Jose Luis Flores, Santiago Aguirre, Martin Alvarado, Roberto Flores and Hector Varela.
