Mr. Coulter was formerly a Piano Tuner and Technician. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Vurlma; sons and daughters, Tim and daughter Debbie Walter, Deanna Coulter, Frank and Andreone, Danita Coulter, Charles Stearns, Darrell and Leslie Coulter, Denise and Vanessa Coulter; grandchildren Jessica and Misty Walter, Sarah and Cody Coulter, Crystal and Brian Cacicia; and great granddaughter Avery Nicole Walter.
