We have the obituaries for the Albuquerque Journal indexed there from the early 1930's. I am sorry to say that there was not any indexed in the year of 1973 for the surname THOMAS or MONTGOMERY. There is one more newspaper here in town the Albuquerque Tribune (sister to the Journal) but also there is not an index. However, almost all obits are in the Journal and not the Tribune. I took 12 requests with me, and I am sorry to say yours is the only one I could not resolve. Martha Caswell
