    3. the information given about the archdiocese of santa fé church record films is not correct. these films can be order thru your local family history center. the only catholic church records in new mexico not available thru the family history center are the archdiocese of gallup. these can only be view at the archdiocese of gallup office, archdiocese of santa fé office, the state archives office in santa fé and HGRC office in albuquerque. if you go to the family history center website at: http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/FHLC/frameset_fhlc.asp and enter the county name, as sometime the city/town/church does not come up and in option, type new mexico. then go to church records. click on the entry with the state, county and town/church/city. hope this is helpful to everyone. ************************************************************************* A message from Sam-Quito Padilla G. at: [email protected] NM Death Index Project. 3. That restriction removal has to be VERY VERY recent because it was on the information as recent as two months ago. Anyone has access to Gallup records - particularly the parish of Gallup??? There are several records that I need to check on.
