Hi everyone! I am looking for someone who would be willing to obtain a copy of a marriage license of my grandparents(from the courthouse?). I would be glad to pay for services rendered. My grandparents, John H. Mitchell and Adele Roberts(maiden name of Sherman) were married in Albuquerque on Aug. 24, 1909, by John A. Shaw(Baptist). This information was obtained from a book titled New Mexico Marriage Records, Vol. 1, Page 328. I'm hoping that if I see the actual marriage license I might discover additional information... Thank you very much for your help in this matter!! Best regards, Janine(Mitchell) Crandell

I subscribe to the 1900 census genealogy.com and printed the page. it does say Bernalillo County, and under township or other division of county it says pct. no.37,Bland. the right hand corner say Supervisors dist. 110. Ed district 21 sheet no 6 B . The bottom of the page says Bernalillo Co. page 274a. would all that help identify the area better? thank you for the fast reply. Sue
Hi Sue, there's something amiss with the 1900 census info you have. Bland, NM is NOT in Bernalillo County, it is in Sandoval County, NM. The Pct. 37 may be Albuquerque but where did the Bland come from?
I am looking for death and burial information on Frank and Amelia FRAZIER. I found them in the 1900 census in Bernalillo County, Prec. 37, Bland NM. Acording to family bible Frank lived to be 77. so his death date should be 1926 to 1930 time span. Thanks for any help in locating more info on this family. Sue

Hi Steve, Any connection to the Steve Chavez married <Jaramillo, parents of Isabel Chavez married to Albert Miller Lee around 1920. I have names Jaramillo = Christobol, Luis, Roque Jacinto and de Romero Isabel but no connection. Peace, John
I've "rescued" an old photograph of three GOODLOE children taken at the Van Buskirk Studio in Savannah, Missouri. The photo appears to have been taken in the 1880's when all three boys were 3-9 years of age. On the back of the photograph it says "Aunt Jennie & Uncle Bob GOODLOE's 3 oldest boys" and then the names Elmer, Lenourd, and Marvin. I have spelled the names exactly as they appear on the photograph. A kind GOODLOE Family researcher was able to share the following information regarding this family: The information on Lilburn Hoskins Goodloe and his descendants was provided by Ray Emerson Goodloe of Olathe, Ks. (probably dead by now, he was born in 1891) and Glen Woodford Goodloe of Albuquerque, NM. (born 1915 - possibly still alive). Robert Franklin Goodloe (1861-1909) m. 30 Dec 1879 Virginia Martin (1853-1904), a cousin. They lived at Savannah Mo. Children were: Leonard Goodloe (said to have m. and had five children; no other data) Elmore Lilburn Goodloe (13 Jun 1889 Savannah MO) - Sept 1963) m. 24 Dec 1902 Nanny Belle Rice (29 Jan 1881-11 Jul 1961). He was in the printing business at Kansas City, MO. His children were: Dorothy Virginia Goodloe DAR #547, 405 (21 May 1905 Independence MO - )m. Chester C. Cooper. They lived at Kansas City, MO and Tucson AZ. No children listed. Muriel Belle Goodloe DAR #547,406 (28 Oct 1908 Kansas City MO.- 1977 Tucson AZ). Lived at Kansas City, Mo, and Tucson AZ. No marriage or children listed. Marvin Goodloe, (no birth or death) m. Lettie ?? Lived at Compton, CA, said to have had three children. Lloyd Goodloe (no birth or death) m. ????Ray Had one son Jack Goodloe of Austin TX, (No birth or death) This Glen Woodford Goodloe would be a first cousin, once removed from the children of Robert F. & Virginia Martin Goodloe. He worked for Reynolds Metals Company in Kansas City. He ended up in New Mexico and could possibly still be alive. Otherwise, the best bet for a living relative is Dorothy Virginia Goodloe. I'm hoping to find someone related to this family so that photograph can be returned to its rightful place with family. If you are a member of this family or know someone who might be, please contact me. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks, Shelley
