The Warren County Cultural & Heritage Commission shows that Phillipsburg Cemetery is behind St. Phillips & St. James Cemeteries. I was there today and nothing shows Phillipsburg Cemetery, only St. James & St. Phillips. The only thing behind those two cemeteries is a corn field, high tension wires and all the new developments besides Home Depot. Is Phillipsburg Cemetery now part of one of the two cemeteries and does not separate between them? Help! Cheers, Ken
