I am researching my gg grandmother, Margaret CLANCY who was married (?) to George SIMONS. They had three children that I know of- Elizabeth (my g grandmother), Mary J(ane), and Zachariah. In 1860 Elizabeth married my ggrandfather, Ferdinand HANTKE. On two certificates it states Margaret born in US, on census and other documents, it states her birth as Ireland. I would like any morsel of info anyone might have on Margaret CLANCY. I believe their domicile was NY state, with Rochester and Brooklyn/NY area. Canadian ties also a possibility.
