I wondered if anyone knew what townships the towns were in when they were a part of Sussex County? I am interested in the town of Oxford, specifically. It is in Oxford Township as a part of Warren County, but if my ancestor was born there about 1820/21, a couple of years before it became Warren County. If anyone has any idea or knows anyone who knows, let me know please. Thanks!
