True!!- Their census is not as good as Heritage Quest or Family History which are both free. Much of their other pompusly worded offering is bogus-filler material for an unexperience researcher. And they have made other serious mistakes which they fail to correct or be responsible for in any way. All genealogy info is on a free alternative or through an established/traditional organization/site.
