Does anyone have any information on the Probasco family that Snell mentions in his "History of Sussex and Warren Counties, New Jersey". He mentions that one of the first owners of land in the Broadway Village area of Franklin Township were members of a family named Probasco, but he doesn't identify the names of who these Probascos are. He does mention that there was a dispute over land between this Probasco family and a Col. William McCullough. Any information appreciated on the identity of this Probasco family.
