    3. At Shippen Manor in Oxford I bought an interesting little book about the Oxford Furnace and its workers. Produced in 1996 by the Warren County Cultural and Heritage Commission it is titled "Forging Community: A History of Early Oxford" by Susan P. Morgan. I believe it cost $5 of less. Shippen Manor is online at http://www.wcchc.org/. The book includes a 1773 Oxford Tax List which lists both William Current and John Lefler. The Knowlton 1773 Tax List shows a James Peterson.
