I have a Christopher or George Lefler who married a Person and they are buried in Harmony(announced in Easton Paper)----and I believe a bunch of Leflers lived in Harmony or South Harmony. Bob- It was me - Marilyn Souders - who mentioned the Person/Persings. You and I have had many conversations about the Lefflers who married my Metz family. The area being discussed here, where the tavern was, is where in earlier time the Persons owned a mill and part of the 700 acres owned by William Person, Lawrence Minnier and Valentine Metz. There were also marriages between the Persons and the Metzes, both in Warren Co., and among some of their descendants in the Susquehanna Valley in PA.
