This is what I received from Trenton regarding birth record for warren County for 1873-74: "Franklin Township did not report its births to the state for the 1873-1874 fiscal year". So, my question is: where are these records? Wouldn't you know--this is the exact time period I need! Wish they had told me before i sent in my money. I asked twice before and was never give this answer, only "nothing found". I thank the person who took the time to write this on the form--at least now I know that there is a possibility the record is out there somewhere. So, anyway, if sks could tell me where these records could be it would be greatly appreciated! JUDY
