    1. [NJWARREN] Cutsler/Kutsler/Cutshler
    2. Jane and Rudy Hanzsek
    3. I am looking for information on Oxford, NJ. Any protestant churches, local libraries. My grandfather's (William Cutsler) father Baxter Cutsler was b. 10/31/1869 in Oxford. He died in 1915 in Bethlehem, PA. On his death certificate the father looks like Wm. but it is unclear (mother possibly Emma Hoffman). I have found a Morris Cutsler born about the same time in Oxford, Nj, who's descendants live in Easton, PA. I believe they may be brothers but can find no link. A George Cutlsler married a Suzanne Kratzer (B.1787) in Mt. Bethel, across the river from Oxford. They had a son Wm. Cutsler b. 1811. I cannot find any of the above on a census in either state and have tried different spellings. Can anyone give me a lead to possible protestant churches, cemeteries in the Oxford area? I have checked the films of the Stone Church and Mt. Bethel churches in PA. The closest historical society?

    3. Hi, folks.... I'm sorry to do this to those of you who have already printed out the pages of the Warren Journal, but I went back to the library armed with a magnifying glass, and I've added more marriages http://raub-and-more.com/warrenjournal/journalmarriages4849.html, deaths http://raub-and-more.com/warrenjournal/journaldeaths4849.html and odds and ends http://raub-and-more.com/warrenjournal/journaloddsandends.html from this time period to my web site. The additions begin in April of 1848, and are mostly in the summer months, when Cholera was taking so many folks. Jan Reuther

    1. [NJWARREN] Warren Journal
    2. Jan Reuther
    3. Hi, folks.... I recently got some microfilms of the Warren Journal, published in Belvidere, from Rutgers, through inter-library loan. I've added some listings of marriages (http://raub-and-more.com/warrenjournal/journalmarriages4849.html), deaths (http://raub-and-more.com/warrenjournal/journaldeaths4849.html), and some odds and ends (http://raub-and-more.com/warrenjournal/journaloddsandends.html) for the years 1848 and 1849 to my web site. The transcriptions are by no means complete; the loan period is only one week, non-renewable, and the two films covered a ten-year span. My criterion very quickly became readability. Hope you have some fun reading these, and that you find someone you've been looking for. Jan Reuther http://RAUB-and-more.com
