Greetings!! Has anyone had any luck getting a death certificate for a child with the cause of death listed? My grandfather's sister died at around 13 years of age, so she has no direct decendents; however, NJ will not release cause of death to anyone other than direct decendents. My grandfather was just a toddler when she died so he knew nothing about her other than her name and approximate age. Apparently his brothers never knew much either, though they were a couple years older than he. Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
