Could someone please explain the difference between Elizabeth and Elizabethtown, NJ ? I have always assumed that they were the same place, with Elizabethtown being an earlier name for Elizabeth. From comments on the list today, I've begun to suspect they are not one in the same. Thanks, Pat Payne in FL
