Dear Sydney, I'm very curious about what the name of the building that has the X over it is - Does it tell on the back of the card? The building I would love to locate is the Oxford Theatre which I think was either closed ortorn down in the early 50's. My uncle Ted Fulton worked there as a projectionist so my brother and I knew everyone who worked there. (We especially loved Ann Deregan (sp?) who was always in a spiffy uniform and happy to take us behind the scenes when things weren't busy.) We also got to sit in the balcony long after it was closed to large groups for safety reasons. Traveling circuses also used to come and perform on the Oxford's stage and my brother was once propelled out onto the stage in the midst of a dog act when we were back stage when we shouldn't have been and a "magnificent baby elephant" gave him a mightly shove that threw him though the curtains... Was anyone on the list there that day or any other? I would love to hear from anyone who remembers "The Oxford". Helaine
