    1. [NJUnion] List of later "early" Elizabeth landowners?
    2. Mike Miller
    3. I am reading the History of Union County by Van Doren and have some questions. Is there a list of the early Elizabeth land owners up through say the first 100 years somewhere on line? On a FHL microfilm? The book lists the very earliest land owner but I have an interest later on in time. In the section on Early History of Plainfield, there is this quote: "Apparently "the widow Miller" held by Elizabethtown right and sold her claim to Luke Covert about 1740." It had been previously stated that the widow was probably the widow of Andrew Miller from Piscataway and in 1733 she had a house near Front and Clinton streets in Plainfield. Also does anyone know about the families of James Miller and Recompense Stanbery who arrived in Scotch Plains in 1689 from Perth Amboy? Were they Quakers or Scottish Coventanters? Many thanks, Mike Miller
