Maplewood is in Essex Co. The only boundary change between Union and Essex Cos. since 1930 was a minor shift in the 1950s between Springfield and Millburn. So, other than that, whatever is in Union Co. today was in Union Co. in 1930. Today, Vauxhall Road appears to be entirely in Union Co., with the exception of one block in Millburn. It's possible that there could have been a Vauxhall Road in Maplewood as well, but I don't have any information to that effect.
