I had the exact same message in my mail today. I tried contacting my provider but their office was closed this afternoon, so I did email them a message about it asking their advice. I hope to hear from them on Monday. In the meantime I'm doing nothing, unless someone on this list, who is a lot smarter about this sort of thing than me, advises me to do something.
