Hi list, I am trying to research the ancestors and descendants of a Lewis D. Mills (1817-1889) of Westfield. He was a shoemaker. I have some copies of some indexes of vital records of NJ that list records I would love to see but I live in Washington state. Is anyone willing to do lookups in the state vital records archives? I will gladly pay for time and copies and shipping. I just hate going through the state for things like this because they take so long to respond. I look forward to being a member of this list. If anyone would like to contact me with regards to Mills families of the area I do have some information on Mills' other than just Lewis D. Mills. I am also researching the family of James B.
