Is there anyone who can do a little research in Union County, NJ. Or do you know someone I can contact??? Here is what I am looking for, my father had a brother that was either stillborn or died shortly after his birth. My father and his older sister have both pass away, their younger brother has asked me if I could find were and when his brother was born and died. My father was born 1 Feb 1925 in Foxboro, MA, my Uncle Bob was born 25 December 1927 in Elizabeth, Union, NJ. Their brother Richard Forrest Hall would have been born between them. Their parents names were Jasper Rice Hall(went by Richard or Dick, also he was never sure of his birth date) 5 Sept 1895 and Beatrice Evelyn Kelley born 12 November 1904. I did try the New Jersey Dept of Heath they will not look unless I have a exact date. Thanks for any help or ideas.
