Hello, I am very interested in the Plainfield post cards offered by Sydney and am happy to hear she'll scan them all and send a link. I lived on E. 7th Street and went to Maxim School for a short time before moving to Compton Ave. and attending Evergreen (I think that was the name) School. My grandfather, Grove P. Hinman had an artist studio on E 7th St. where he crafted many bronze items, including the statue of a fireman that stands in New Brunswick. Am looking for further information on the families below; Henry Hays, James M. Morrison and Ogden E. Meeker. I have a music box that belonged to my g. grandfather, James Morrison - supposedly won at a fair in Trenton. Anyone familiar with this fair that would have been before 1937? Barbara Benjamin
